Care in Action

At US Valve, giving back is not a checkbox. It is part of how we show up. Our teams regularly volunteer, run food drives, and organize back-to-school backpack events to support neighbors in need.

Showing Up For Our Communities

At US Valve, we believe real impact starts with people. We care about our customers, our employees, and the communities around us, and we show that care through action every day.

Volunteer Saturdays

One of the ways we live that out is by volunteering in our community. We’ve partnered with the Transformation Center in Baltimore, where we help hand out food, and we continue looking for more ways to give back.

Food Drives and Local Support

We also take part in food drives and other community service efforts throughout the year. As we grow, we’re continuing to expand our focus on supporting our local communities, including the greater Baltimore area.

A Culture of Caring

That same mindset carries into our culture. We value strong relationships, good people, and a team that genuinely cares, because to us, that’s what makes the difference.

Teamwork That Goes Beyond the Workplace

At US Valve, teamwork is more than how we collaborate within the company. It is how we show up for the communities around us, channeling collective effort to address needs that affect everyday life.

Each summer, our team partners with the Maryland Food Bank to conduct food drives, with employees donating items from the organization’s most-needed list and the business unit purchasing additional goods as needed so families could receive a more complete supply of nutritious support. We also worked with United Way on back-to-school efforts, assembling backpacks filled with school supplies for hundreds of local students so they could begin the year prepared, confident, and ready to learn.

Service That Stays Close to Home

Our volunteer work with the Transformation Center reflects the same commitment in a more hands-on way. Throughout the year, employees volunteer each quarter to unload, sort, and organize donations, including groceries, clothing, toiletries, and household goods, helping ensure that essential items reach individuals and families with dignity and care.

During the holiday season, the effort takes on added meaning as our team helps distribute Christmas gifts to local families, including bicycles, toys, and other presents that bring joy to children and offer a brighter moment for parents during a demanding time of year. These efforts are not separate from who we are; they are a direct expression of the trust, teamwork, and service that define US Valve.
