Guidelines and requirements for warranty service claims.
US Valve finished products, when properly installed and operated under normal conditions of use, are warranted by US Valve to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase from US Valve or an authorized US Valve representative or distributor.
To obtain performance under this warranty, the buyer must promptly (in no event later than thirty (30) days after discovering the defect) provide written notice of the defect to US Valve, 812 Oregon Avenue Suite E, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090 or an authorized service center (unless expressly agreed upon in writing, signed by both parties or specified in writing as part of the US Valve OEM quotation). In all cases, the buyer is responsible for freight charges to and from US Valve.
