Champion Valve’s CVR retainerless dual‑disc wafer check valves deliver high‑integrity, spring‑assisted closure in a compact, ultra‑lightweight body engineered for demanding flow regimes. The dual‑disc geometry and precision‑calibrated torsion springs provide exceptionally low cracking pressure, enabling stable opening at minimal flow rates while maintaining high Cv values and low pressure drop across the valve. During shutdown or flow reversal, the spring‑loaded discs close rapidly and uniformly, significantly reducing hydraulic shock and water hammer to protect downstream equipment.
