EHW, 07, 09, 11, 17 & 19 Series

The Techno EHW and USV elastomer hinge check valve family covers the broadest size and connection range in the USV lineup: from 1" threaded to 30" wafer: built around the original Techno elastomer hinge design that has set the standard for low pressure drop check valves since 1952.

Five series across five end connection types, in sizes from 1" through 30". The elastomer hinge eliminates the restrictive valve seat found in conventional check valves, delivering higher Cv and lower pressure drop in every configuration. Each series is available in multiple body materials with five elastomer options to match chemical and temperature requirements.

  • Eliminates water hammer in pumping and blower systems
  • Elastomer hinge design removes the restrictive seat: higher Cv and lower pressure drop than conventional check valves
  • Available in multiple end connections (wafer, grooved end, FNPT depp well, flanged)
  • Seal options for varying temperatures available across all: Buna: -60°F to 225°F | EPDM: -40°F to 250°F | Silicone: -100°F to 500°F | Viton: -20°F to 400°F
  • Works in any orientation including vertical up flow and downflow
  • NSF 61 and NSF 372 certified options available
